Who we are

OSIS is a consulting project run by a team of private individuals. It is not yet a registered company.

For any questions about your personal data, contact us at consulting@osis.group.

What data we collect

Contact form: your full name, email address, the content of your request and, if you choose to provide them, your company name and phone number.

Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and time of visit in its server logs.

Why we process it

We use the contact form data only to reply to your request and discuss possible cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Technical data is processed to operate the site and keep it secure (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising or newsletters.

Who receives the data

Netlify (website hosting), Resend (delivery of contact form emails) and Google (the Gmail mailbox where requests are received). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the USA. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as needed to communicate with you and no longer than 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period according to its own policy.

Cookies

The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Only a technical cookie may be used to remember your chosen language.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. To exercise these rights, write to consulting@osis.group.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv) or the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
